As the Digital Healthcare Consulting Manager, you will report to the APAC Digital Healthcare Consulting Lead and be responsible for driving the commercialization of Roche’s Digital Health offerings through optimizing clinical fit, clinical user experience and clinical success. You will be the clinical value and consulting partner to regional teams and affiliates for digital health solutions. You will work closely with product and marketing stakeholders to identify focus areas, drive launches and programs to increase clinical uptake of Roche Digital Solutions in APAC.
The Opportunity
- Collaborate with clinicians and end users to uncover and understand healthcare requirements and barriers to successful deployment of digital health solutions. Collaborate closely with commercial, business development, IT architecture and project teams to support customer conversations and digital health value recognition along the customer journey
- Collaborate with internal teams across global, region and affiliates in the APAC region to drive digital health clinical strategy and digital health transformation
- Deliver consulting services or healthcare solutioning to drive scaling of digital health solutions in APAC
- Ensure digital health solutions contribute to improvement in patient outcomes, patient care quality and/or workflow productivity including value based healthcare outcomes
- Strategize and deliver clinical/technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
- Create and update training and communication materials and toolkits for affiliates to localize Digital Health Solutions
- Engage with external healthcare system and healthcare professionals to communicate the medical value of a digital health product and/or integrated solutions
Who you are:
- You should hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or MBBS or Advanced Degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy or equivalent with at least 3+ years of experience in clinical setting and/or 3+ years in hospital operations/consulting/change management/ healthcare management role.
- You should be able to travel up to 20 - 40% of the time
- You should have experience with Disease areas including Oncology, Cardiometabolic Diseases, Gastroenterology and Hepatology preferred
