Key Responsibilities
· Work as a strategic partner to R&D, Tech-Biz Divisions and Horizontal Offices.
· Plan, oversee and control the financial budgeting of both institutes and funds management.
· Ensures accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial and accounting data.
· Optimises both institutes' funds utilization.
· Develops, implements, and maintains systems, processes, and internal policies.
· Provides the required financial information to management and key stakeholders
· Liaise with headquarters Stakeholders and Corporate Group Finance.
· Work closely with the management and internal & external stakeholders.
Required Qualification
· Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance or accounting.
· At least 10 years of relevant experience in a finance-related role of a similar capacity.
· Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
· Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
