Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to leverage their extensive experience with theplatform to design, implement, and optimize solutions that align with organizational goals.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow development, a deep understanding of Service Management processes, and experience managing and enhancing ServiceNow projects.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development.
- Experience with configuring and managing ServiceNow modules, including Service Request
- Management, Incident Management, and HRSD.
- Familiarity with creating and managing virtual agents, service catalogs, and custom reports.
- Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow development across multiple projects.
- Proven track record of managing services for ServiceNow projects, including upgrades and process
- improvements
