Our client, a leader in the commodities industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to play a key role in managing international mobility processes and providing seamless HR support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on mobility policies and resolving queries related to benefits, relocation, and other mobility processes.
  • Oversee international relocation logistics, including work pass applications, accommodation arrangements, and ensuring compliance with tax and mobility policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate reports on mobility cases, salary data, and key metrics to support assignment calculations, including income tax reporting for international employees.
  • Handle the employee lifecycle with precision, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and providing administrative support for relocation processes.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accuracy in payroll processing, including tax provisions, bonus calculations, and payroll entries, while maintaining compliance.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, wellness programs, and regulatory reports, including government-related surveys.
  • Work closely with mobility and remuneration teams to drive HR initiatives and activities that enhance the employee experience.

Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits and familiarity with international mobility or relocation processes is an advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges.
