Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
* Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
* A-level/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
* Keen interest in Talent Aquisition HR
* 1 to 1 mentorship
