- Greeting and accommodating guests in a professional manner. You will need to direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. You will need to handle phone calls in a timely and polished demeanour.
- Handling mailing and courier services.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing of daily mails / deliveries.
- Responsible for ordering and monitoring of office supplies (beverages and stationary levels etc.).
- Coordinating with the building management from time to time on office maintenance issues.
- Managing quarterly season parking renewal.
- Assisting the Country Manager and Group Managing Director with administrative support when required, such as expenses report.
- Providing administrative office support and coordinating office procedures.
- Regularly communicates with employees and maintains good relations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or the Management.
