Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to all open projects of the Technical Team.
- Ensure that clients receive the best support they need.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints without supervisor intervention.
- Organise and control project elements and provide reports to the Technical Director on project status.
- Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel; reviewing contractor bids.
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determine project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for professional services targets.
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure swift project closure.
- Manage internal project team members and external vendor/partners.
- Report any project issue in a timely manner to the relevant personnel to reduce time wastage.
- Ensure the project tasks are monitored, tracked, and completed on time; negotiate with the customer in case of delays or gaps.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Other Information:
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday*
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experiences
- 13th month AWS / Variable bonus
*Expected to work on after office hours, Sat/Sun/Holidays when required by customers.
