Position: Customer Service Executive (Part-time) – Contact Centre

Pay: Up to $18/hour
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
5-day work week (may include weekends and Public Holidays)
Training: 10-12 full days starting on 27 December 2024
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and/or emails promptly with accurate information on financial products/services.
Resolve queries with a focus on first-call resolution and follow up promptly when necessary.
Provide customer feedback to relevant departments to enhance the service experience.
Promote and educate customers about self-service/automated banking channels.
Handle administrative tasks post-call.
Use customer service and sales techniques to optimize satisfaction and deepen customer relationships through cross-selling or upselling.
