Job Scope:
- Be involved in the case management team (CMT) meetings/ operations to give feedback and updates on pupils (within the limits of confidentiality)
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions for pupils who require support.
- Keep clear and up-to-date records of cases under monitoring (monthly reports for critical cases).
- Work closely with SDT, CMT and teachers to support the emotional well-being of the pupils under his/ her guidance.
- Manage cases as designated by Year Heads and Discipline Mistress
- Conference with staff, parents and external professionals on students under his/her guidance
Working Arrangement:
Location: Farrer Road
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 1:30pm or when necessary between Mondays to Fridays, 7:30am to 6:00pm
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Duration: Jan 2025 to Dec 2025
Salary: $40-$50/H
Job Requirements:
1. Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Preferably have at least three years of relevant working experience in a primary school setting.
Possess professional qualification in Counselling (Eg.at least a diploma certified by a recognised counselling body).
