Work Schedule:
- 5 days work, 1 rest day per week
- Fixed shifts:Morning: 6:50 AM – 3:10 PM
Afternoon: 2:40 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Handle cash and card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS).
- Perform daily opening, closing, and cash reconciliation for POS and BSS systems.
- Provide bag-wrapping services and promote baggage services or related products.
- Conduct baggage inspections in adherence to security procedures and airport regulations.
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects.
- Willing to work on a fixed shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team-oriented, punctual, and responsible.
