Our client is in the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Spare Parts Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage inventory forecasts for global and regional spare parts.
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled within agreed SLAs, minimizing stockouts for frequently ordered parts.
- Oversee the smooth flow of spare parts from suppliers to warehouses and customers.
- Serve as the main contact for the company's largest enterprise customers on spare parts-related matters.
- Manage sales, returns, invoicing, and warranties to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and streamline spare parts processes.
- Review and adjust pricing strategies to align with market trends and financial goals.
- Benchmark competitors and optimise pricing strategies.
- Optimize logistics processes for internal and external distribution to ensure efficiency and meet financial targets.
- Work with internal teams to document current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in managing inventory for complex machinery or robotic systems.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Proficient in data analysis (MS Excel or similar tools).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
