- Working Location: Ubi / Kaki Bukit, Singapore
- Salary: $3,500 to $5,000
Candidate needs to be able to plan events and present the proposed events to the internal and external stakeholders. (Virtual Health Activities Education, Virtual Physical Sessions, Pilates, Yogalates, Piloxing and so on)
No coaching is needed | 2-3 Years Relevant Experiences in doing activities planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults.
- Conduct regular venue visits / audits
- Content creation for festive / thematic activities
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders
- Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success
- Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes
- Generate monthly report for stakeholders
- Responsible for acknowledging messages in the HWE (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem) Facil group chat, triggering BAP cancellations and informing HPB after working hours.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution are welcome.
- To possess at least two to three years of relevant working experience
- Applicants who can start work immediately or at a short notice will have an advantage.
