Duties of Operations Manager:
- Conduct morning briefings and updates, and the delegation of duties to Team Leaders
- Provide budgetary updates to the Finance Department
- Oversee the timely preparation of monthly schedules, i.e. standby, night service
- Oversee and follow-up on the consolidation of feedback from the respective teams as well as families and clients, reviewing the feedback/ complaints received whenever necessary
- Oversee quality control matters pertaining to standards, rituals and customs
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Oversee the review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, templates and lists to ensure operational efficiency in consultation with Team Leaders
- Plan and review compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Oversee morale, welfare and health of all operations staff
- Oversee human resource matters together with Team Leaders, including leave approval, overtime and urgent requests (if any).
- Oversee recruitment and personnel interview
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD)
