Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $4000 - $6000
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm
Working Location: Bishan
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct training sessions on hair care, styling techniques, and product usage.
· Educate salon professionals and clients on the benefits and applications of hair products.
· Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals for workshops.
· Demonstrate proper techniques for cutting, colouring, and treating hair.
· Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the hair industry.
· Provide feedback and advice to salon staff to improve their skills.
· Support product launches through educational sessions and demonstrations.
· Build relationships with salons and professionals to promote brand loyalty.
· Address technical questions and troubleshoot product or technique concerns.
· Maintain records of training sessions and participant feedback.
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma in hairdressing or equivalent.
· Preferably with at least 2 years experience in hairdressing industry.
· Possess extensive knowledge about hair care and styling (inquire during the call about their familiarity with Milbon products and previous usage).
· Must be confident in public speaking and capable of managing a classroom setting.
· Should demonstrate a genuine passion for hairdressing.
*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
