• Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for technical specification and definition of industrial systems, products and solutions including system and product design, technical sourcing of such systems / products and digitization applications
• To attend technical review with sales team and technical meetings with clients
• To attend coordination meetings with architects, M&E and structural consultants
• To lead a small team of designers; monitor project design submission schedule, check designs and shop drawings, training designers, etc.
• To attend technical meetings with main contractors. Coordinate pipe clashes with M&E and structural services

Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering, automation or relevant fields
• At least 8 years product and application experience in Construction/Engineering industry
• Good business negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with multinational customers and colleagues.
• Good leadership to lead technical team for business growth. Exhibit flexibility and agility
• Able to work independently with professional judgments, proactivity and team player spirit.
• Willing to take up challenging assignments
• Revit & AutoCAD proficient
