The Opportunity:
- Client: Global MNC, Chemical Manufacturing and Production Company
- Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 3443 rotation (based on business needs)
- Allowance: $500 fixed allowance, $50 standby allowance, $30 for night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards in safety, industrial hygiene, and quality control in production areas, including cross-contamination prevention
- Assist in preparing safety work permits for maintenance or engineering work, and perform troubleshooting or basic repairs on production equipment
- Support production-related projects, including expansion and quality improvement initiatives, and assist in commissioning and plant start-up under supervision
- Adhere to EHS standards by using required PPE, reporting hazards, participating in incident investigations, and complying with all safety practices
Requirements:
- Able to handle manual tasks and repetitive lifting
- Experience in production operations or related roles is preferred
- Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends
- Ability to follow safety protocols and participate in emergency response teams
