Salary Package:
-Basic Salary: $4500 - $6000
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and guide staff in providing holistic care and development for children.
· Manage staff, parent communications, enrollment, and school administration.
· Foster positive parent and community engagement.
· Oversee staff professional development and well-being.
· Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
· Plan and execute school events and curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching & Leadership; Degree is an advantage.
· At least 2 years of experience managing a school.
· Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.
· Creative, passionate, and tech-savvy with a love for working with children.
· Independent, proactive, and able to engage stakeholders effectively.
· Possess excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
