The Opportunity:
- Our Client, MNC Gas Engineering Company
- Location: Jurong Island
- Basic Salary: Up to $3,000
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured and invoices are checked before dispatch.
- Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Manage service events, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing.
- Escalate complex issues to management for resolution and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety.
- Foster strong relationships across departments to improve processes and promote corporate values.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in handling purchase orders and customer service.
- Proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
- Strong ability to manage customer inquiries and coordinate across departments effectively.
- Familiarity with service event management and accurate documentation practices.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience;
