- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates for current and future roles within the firm.
- Main a pipeline of top talent, leveraging market research and industry trends to forecast hiring needs and build relationships with candidates.
- Assist in workforce planning by understanding current and future business needs, aligning recruitment efforts with those needs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement talent management strategies that support the company’s growth and organizational objectives.
- Ensure recruitment processes adhere to best practices, continuously refining sourcing techniques and candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations in Southeast Asia and ensure all recruitment and employee management activities comply with relevant laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, actively managing senior stakeholders' expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment needs.
- Support initiatives that promote employee development, performance management, and retention within the organization.
- Regularly track and report on recruitment metrics and other key talent management indicators.
