An excellent opportunity for a Project Planning Specialist has just arisen at a leading telecommunications brand in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
This role is a 12-month contract based in Singapore CBD and focuses on driving value and data-centric execution to support customer projects.
- Review contracts to create and update project deliverables and planning inputs.
- Configure and manage project libraries, tools, and data for accurate reporting and documentation.
- Analyze progress, report status, and recommend project finance and delivery improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to implement planning activities and achieve customer contract goals.
- Mentor and guide colleagues to enhance project planning capabilities and outcomes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with expertise in project planning and administration.
Skills/Requirement:
- Experience with project planning tools and document version control processes.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to optimize project delivery and financial performance.
- Strong understanding of compliance with global and local directives and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills to mentor and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge in managing planning tools and data-driven reporting for project success.
