We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.


Job Title: Senior/Sales Executive


Job Description:

  • Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement

· Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking,

industry events, and online research.

· Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product o

offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

· Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Sales Cycle Management

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline

management in the sales system.

  • Product Knowledge

· Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer

inquiries and support in the meetings.

  • Reporting

· Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of

improvement and provide regular reports to management.

  • Collaboration and Follow-up

· Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer

experience.

· Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.


Qualification/Experience:

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
