The Partner Engagement and Loyalty team is responsible for building strong Driver- and Delivery-Partner Communities that are well engaged and supported so that all Grab Partners will experience a sense of achievement and view their work as meaningful. 

We make an impact by helping Driver- and Delivery-Partners deliver delightful experiences and offer unbeatable value to our consumers so that consumers would be encouraged to use the Grab app more regularly to connect with our Driver- and Merchant-Partners, which in turn generates revenue for all Grab Partners. 

Get to know the role

We are looking for a witty and strategic Intern, Social Media & Partner Engagement to brainstorm and create educational content such as podcasts, short-format videos (Tik Tok, IG Reels and YouTube), and graphics targeted at Driver- and Delivery- Partners. 

We believe a successful candidate is knowledgeable about the best posting times for each social media platform, and is able to strike a delicate balance between publishing frequently and maintaining Grab Partners' interest. In successfully educating Partners, they will be able to see the impact of their daily interactions with consumers, make better consumer-centric decisions and in turn be better able to leverage on the Grab app to put them on the road towards economic empowerment.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • You will champion the brainstorming and storyboarding pieces that are relevant, sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting Partners to take action

  • You will direct, produce, optimize and publish content on the team’s various social media platforms that are in line with the team’s intent and direction

  • You will manage all the team’s social media platforms including Facebook Groups

  • You will strategically plan and schedule copies for publication

  • You will drive to increase engagement on the team’s various social media platforms through real subscriptions, likes, followings and viewership, etc.

  • You are responsible for analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications
