Job Requirements:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including strategic workforce planning and onboarding of key hires.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a consultant to management on employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and resolution strategies.
- Lead payroll administration, benefits management, and statutory compliance.
- Design and execute talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Conduct performance management initiatives and support departmental goals through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, mitigating legal risks.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or training.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective employee and management engagement.
