What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily healthcare service operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage services and resolve issues
- Analyse data to identify improvements and optimise processes
- Support the development and execution of operational strategies
- Assist with healthcare service-related project management
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level
- 1 - 2 years of experience preferably in customer facing and administrative role
- Proven experience in a similar service operations role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
