What you'll be doing
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately per prescriptions while adhering to protocols
- Provide advice on dosages, side effects, and interventions to ensure informed patient decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address medication-related concerns and optimise treatment plans
- Monitor and manage medication inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Educate patients on proper medication usage, storage, and adherence to treatments
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on advancements in pharmacology
What we're looking for
- Degree in Pharmacy from recognised institutions
- Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
