Job Scope:
- Work closely with different business units in providing value-adding advice and support to attract, retain, train, develop and engage company employees
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes which including but not limited to recruitment, orientation, benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness
- Plan, attend and follow-up for scholarships and sponsorship events to ensure there is a strong pipeline of allied health talents
- Conduct regular dialogue sessions with employees and serve as a neutral channel for employee feedback to build an open and trusting culture in the company
- Provide support and participate in company’s innovation initiatives including charity activities, wellness, staff suggestion and work improvement review projects
- Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit
Job Requirements:
- A Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years experiences in business partnering / talent sourcing
- Familiar with local employment legislations and practices
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
