Admin & HR Support Officer |4 Years Contract

We are looking for Admin & HR Support Officer who can help contribute to the smoothness of the daily HR operations, maintain accurate records, and supports the HR department in various administrative tasks. If you feel you are the right person for this role do send your resume to us!


Job Description

  • Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
  • In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
  • Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
  • Updating of employees' personal particulars
  • Managing of employees' leave and claims.
  • Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
  • Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Skills & experience needed:

  • Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
  • Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience
  • Strong service excellence mindset

Other Information:

  • Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations Bi Weekly)
  • Salary: $2,500 - $2,800
  • Performance Bonus
  • 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration: Contract until Jan 2029
  • Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
