Job Scope
- Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
- Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
- To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned
- Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
- Support the car park operations
- Assist in any other duties assigned
- Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption
- Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure al physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management preferred.
- Able to commence work immediately
