Scope:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Provide in-depth technical consultations to customers to understand their requirements for pneumatic systems, motion control, and fluid handling.
- Recommend and design customized solutions based on client needs, utilizing company products and capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight product benefits and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Prepare accurate and competitive technical proposals, quotations, and tenders for customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the sales process, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the industrial automation or fluid control sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office applications.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical discussions with customers.
