Responsibilities:
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in hunting of new accounts.
- Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer’s needs on an on-going basis.
- Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in Sales with a strong background in rubber and plastic component parts manufacturing.
- A dynamic problem solver.
- Energetic and required to travel to several territories during hunting.
- Great network of clients who need precision component parts made of silicon rubber, plastic and metal for their products.
- Good communication skills and presentation of company marketing briefs.
- Travelling required to different territories.
