Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with expertise in IT/AV solutions to join our team. This hunter role focuses on identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the corporate and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT/AV domain.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate IT/AV solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling IT/AV or related solutions to corporate/commercial clients.
- Experience with B2B sales
- Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales quotas.
