Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine checks, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
- PLC Programming: Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs (Mitsubishi and Omron) using GX Developer and CX Developer software to optimize machine functionality.
- Technical Systems Handling: Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and associated components effectively.
- Electrical Expertise: Interpret electrical drawings and ladder diagrams to support maintenance tasks and machine modifications.
- Production Support: Prioritize repairing and improving production machinery to enhance performance, reduce breakdowns, and improve part quality.
- Process Optimization: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve efficiency, and recommend corrective measures for machinery improvement.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure repairs and modifications adhere to safety standards and participate in developing and reviewing safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and supervisors to achieve quality, productivity, and cost-reduction goals.
- Audit & Documentation: Compile accurate documentation, assist in audit protocol development, and ensure adherence to quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO14001).
- Continuous Improvement: Plan and execute improvement projects, coordinate departmental objectives, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
