I am working with a leading offshore law looking to add a Paralegal to support their Corporate team.
Job scope
You will be supporting the Partners and Associates on Corporate work.
- Drafting legal docs, doc management, transaction management
- Support and assist lawyers to provide sound legal advice
- Carry out legal research and assist with billing, bibling etc
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Corporate/Transactional practice area from a law firm
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese clients
- Bachelors Degree in Law or any other related subject
