Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data analysis and implement data-driven solutions to support customer issue troubleshooting, utilizing statistical modelling and machine learning techniques to identify root causes
- Partner with field engineering teams to analyse data from plasma etching systems
- Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams
- Develop advance statistical and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from large and complex data sets
- Manage and maintain the internal analytics solutions, supporting continuous development and implementation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from related fields
- Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment/ semiconductor parts or related industry
- Proven working experience with a focus on plasma dry Etch process
