- Contribute to development of strategies and workplans with team to enhance workplace health, staff well-being and engagement aligned to Company's vision, mission, values, and directions
- Contribute in the conceptualisation, design, implementation, evaluation review, and continuous enhancement of staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Consult and co-lead with institution leads (where appropriate) as part of communities of practice to enhance staff wellbeing, especially for staff protection measures against abuse and harassment by external and internal perpetrators, mental wellbeing, resiliency, peer support programs etc
- Track established indicators as appropriate (e.g. pulse surveys), and collaborate with institutions’ leads to analyze and improve wellbeing where necessary.
- Support the planning and curation of talks and communication materials to raise literacy and awareness on wellbeing and resiliency, including annual staff wellbeing campaign. Oversee and plan digitalization efforts to improve connectivity and staff’s accessibility to wellbeing resources and programs
Serve on the secretariat team to provide:
- research and coordination support to achieve the objectives and related terms of reference of the company; and
- secretariat support in terms of meeting schedules, minutes writing and any other required meeting logistics.
Requirements
- Minimally Degree in human resource or equivalent
- able to start work on short notice
