Job Scope
Need to use app to promote / create awareness for Healthier SG
1. Providing assisted enrolment to patients
- Guiding patients to enroll through HealthHub app for patients with Singpass
- Assisting patients to enroll through National CRM for patients without Singpass
2. Onboarding patients to HealthierSG, including booking of Health Plan related appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments).
- Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for HealthierSG related visits
3. Answering patients’ queries with regards to HealthierSG
Required Immunizations
- MMR/ Tdap/ Varicella
- Highly encouraged to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Willing to bear the cost of the serology test and vaccinations (if required)
