Team Lead (Satellite, C#)

Team Lead - Software (Satellite) is responsible for driving the design and architecture of satellite ground control and antenna management software systems. The incumbent is required to lead the software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components. Implementation of cybersecurity measures for software applications and planning for software maintenance, training, and consultancy to users on the deployed software is required.

Job Responsibilities

• To lead the software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components.
• Implementation of CyberSecurity Measures for Software Maintenance and provide consultancy.
• Experience in handling Satellite, Radio or Geo-Insights technologies.
• Continuously develop new skills & techniques in software technologies to improve and reduce software development time and effort.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including customers, and engineering teams across organizations.
• Able to challenge the status quo, think different, thrive in ambiguity, care for team members and being ever curious.

Job Requirements

• Having good experience in handling the design and architecture of Satellite ground control and antenna management software systems.
• Strong in developing Full stack applications using C#, .Net.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing cybersecurity measures for software applications.
• Good experience as a Team Lead in leading the software team in implementing design, testing, verification, and validation of all software components.
• Implementation of cybersecurity measures for software applications
• At least 8 years’ experience in mission critical system software development.
• Proficient in developing full stack applications, preferably with C# and .Net
• Knowledge of Geo-Insights / Satellite.
• Knowledge in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Good experience working on Cyber Security on Software/ Applications.
• Singaporean only
