Responsibilities & Duties:
- Welcome and greet customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Promote products and handle customer enquiries
- Provide fashion style advice to customers
- Manage online sales platforms including LIVE sale on TikTok and Instagram
- Handle cashiering duties
- Assist in backroom duties and fulfilment of online orders
- Work together with the team to ensure that daily and monthly sales target is achieved
- Prepare store for daily operations
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Maintain cleanliness of the retail floor
- Keep up to date with product information
