Job Description:
- Audit & Vetting performance monitoring and preparation for vetting in close liaison with in-house Marine, Operations & Technical Departments
- Arrange office interviews with all stakeholders for seagoing Officers
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Crew Department personnel
- Prepare crewing budget and follow up crewing account matter
- Maintain, update, and disseminate company instruction to vessel, manning office and concerned parties
- Lead and oversee various activities for the welfare and morale programs for sea personnel and their families and union matters
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or relevant Discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime crewing operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in crewing management software (Danaos/ShipMate)
