Responsibilities:
- Support the Group CFO Office (GFCS) by organizing and managing various people development and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinating the Finance Academy, organizing staff events such as conferences and town halls, managing internal communications and newsletters, and supporting ad-hoc business activities.
- Assisting the GFCS BRCM team with operational risk management tasks, including risk culture reporting, independent assurance reviews, control testing, and tracking the progress of action plans.
Skills/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a banking/finance/audit, administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a corporate environment or operational risk management.
- Experience in organizing large-scale events, managing communications, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other project management or communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
