1 Year Contract HR Operations Specialist
Our client is a bank.
Job Description:
• Provide end-to-end HR support to the Singapore office
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transition
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding processes
• Manage long service award administration
• Plan and execute long service celebrations and announcements
• Lead and manage the yearly and monthly wellness programs
• Support the Rewards Manager in all benefits administration
• Implement, monitor and improve processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs
• Oversee and manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers
• Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data across all systems
• Maintain and manage employee data in the HRIS.
• Act as a back up for the payroll management process
Job Requirements:
• Degree in any relevant discipline
• 5 to 8 years of relevant HR Operations experience
• Salary ranges between S$5,000 to S$6,000 per month
