CAFÉ SUPERVISOR
Responsiblities
‒ Welcoming customers, and seat arrangement
‒ Manage reservation ( Confirm, Special request, Changes )
‒ Ensure that customer order items are served in a timely manner
‒ Attend and assist with customer request and communicate with team
‒ Provide consistent and efficient service to the customers
‒ Provide support to other teams according to the team lead assignment
‒ Maintenance the cleanliness at all times and well-organized environment
Working Hours
‒ Monday to Saturday, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
‒ Off day: Sunday, and Public holiday
Remuneration and Benefits
‒ Gross Salary $2,500 to $3,500 per month
‒ Basic Salary $2,200 per month
‒ Skilled Allowance up to $1,000 per month
‒ Transportation Allowance $120 per month
‒ Meal Allowance $180 per month
‒ Annual Bonus up to $600 per year
‒ CNY bonus up to $200 per year
‒ Medical Claim up to $200 per year
‒ Staff discount 10% will be provided
‒ Staff meal & drink will be provided
‒ One time Confirmation Bonus after 3 months probation period $500 (one time bonus)
