Job Title: Catering Sales Coordinator (ID7157)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6.30pm
Salary: $2500-$3500

Job Description:
You will play a key role in coordinating sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries, process orders, and prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Recommend tailored solutions to meet catering needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to oversee event execution, logistics, delivery schedules, and special requirements.
• Monitor event timelines to ensure timely delivery and seamless service.
• Handle schedules and incoming calls for the sales team and prepare monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English to manage Mandarin Speaking clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or customer service (catering/F&B experience is a plus).
