What you will be doing in office & home:
Assist in recruitment process including job posting, arranging interviews, crafting of employment contracts, and ensure proper recording of candidate profiles
Supporting in payroll process
Support Candidates onboarding process and roll calls
Prepare and create bi-weekly Time & Attendance report
Support projects on-site if required
Support the team on the updates of statutory requirements for various hiring
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
