Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software (training provided).
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus but not required.
