They are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique/store and uphold the maison’s exceptional standards of service and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership & Retail Operations
• Drive the boutique’s sales performance to exceed targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
• Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve both individual and team objectives.
• Oversee all store operations, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely replenishment of products to meet customer demand.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales associates and specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop training programs to elevate product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create a supportive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the maison’s values.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
• Embody the maison’s values by providing an exceptional customer journey and bespoke shopping experience.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients through personalized service and follow-ups.
• Address and resolve client concerns with grace and professionalism to ensure client satisfaction.
• Partner with the marketing team to host exclusive in-store events, VIP appointments, and clienteling activities.
• Brand Stewardship:
• Uphold and communicate the maison’s heritage, craftsmanship, and unique brand identity to clients and the team.
• Ensure the boutique is always impeccably presented, maintaining the visual merchandising standards.
• Act as the face of the maison in the local luxury market, building partnerships and representing the brand at events.
Skill & Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of sales and retail operations experience with a luxury brand.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams in the luxury retail sector.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering an elevated shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury bags and accessories, including trends, craftsmanship, and market positioning.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A charismatic and professional demeanor, with a deep appreciation for luxury and heritage.
Qualifications
• Fluency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to an international clientele.
• Experience with clienteling tools, CRM systems, and hosting exclusive VIP events.
• Passionate about luxury, art, and culture, with a deep understanding of the maison’s heritage and legacy.
