Job Title: Systems Engineer - Managed IT Network Management Services
Job Responsibilities:
Manage network BAU (Business As Usual) operations and projects.
Perform daily monitoring of the organization's network to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct Level 1 network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
Assist with inventory management and periodic checks.
Configure, set up, install, and maintain network equipment and UPS systems.
Maintain and update procedures/documentation for the network infrastructure.
Provide occasional after-office hours support as required.
Undertake IT administrative duties and other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with firewalls and networking devices (added advantage).
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and components.
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability and willingness to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Flexibility:
Ability to travel to various sites around Singapore as needed.
Willingness to provide after-hours support on occasion.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Managed IT Services or similar roles.
Proficiency in documenting processes and maintaining network-related documentation.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
