What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including coordinating meetings, trainings, and events with necessary arrangements
- Manage financial processes such as payments, claims, and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Maintain and organise departmental databases, training records, KPIs, and policies, submitting training hours
- Coordinate training and development activities, handling logistics for internal and external courses and ensuring proper documentation
- Facilitate the onboarding of new nurses, including IT setup, pass access, and other administrative tasks
- Monitor office supplies and provide non-clinical support in clinical areas as required
- Participate in departmental projects and events, supporting additional tasks to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for
- Diploma level in Business Administration or related studies
- 1 - 2 years of similar working experience, preferably within the healthcare setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office full suite
- Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
