- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including but not limited to stir-fries, dumplings, soups, and noodles.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and develop new menu items.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and interns
- Experience with knife sliced noodles and chinese pastry
