What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily operations at designated service points, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent service delivery
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance processes and patient care standards
- Manage financial targets, including annual budgeting, resource planning, and the development of new specialised services
- Supervise a team of non-clinical staff, conducting appraisals, training, and professional development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
- Innovate and implement service improvements to elevate patient experiences and operational efficiency
- Drive recruitment and retention strategies to ensure a stable and capable team
- Act as a communication liaison between staff and management, escalating issues and suggesting solutions
- Contribute to organisational goals by participating in committees and special projects as required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree holder in relevant studies
- 3 - 4 years of working experience in a hospital setting, preferably in an operations role
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and negotiation, ensuring practical and mutually beneficial outcomes
